Our Recruitment Process :

Our recruitment process is well tailored and stream lined to provide apt manpower according to client’s requirement at the stimulated time as per the following well planned customized 6 steps:

1. DEMAND RECEIVED.

Once the demand and the job description of various categories are received from the client, the Engineer analyses the requirements and gives us go ahead. Necessary documents such as POA,SOEC and Demand order is requested at this stage and recruitment planning schedule is sent to the client for information.

2. SOURCING.

Our aggressive sourcing team carries out search thru our active data bank, job portals, advertisements in the leading news papers ,head hunting and extensive field network across the Indian sub continent. They leave no stone un turned. The sourced candidates are screened and evaluated thoroughly by our Engineers. The geographical location and the interview schedule are chalked out and finalized in consultation with the client. Candidates strictly matching the job requirement are lined up for the client’s further evaluation.

3. CLIENT’S INTERVIEW.

The prescreened candidates are presented to the client for the final selection on the scheduled date In case the client desirous of further testing ,trade test could arranged in the trade testing centre. Finally selected /approved candidates list is prepared.

4. DOCUMENTATION.

Documentation of the candidates is completed along with signing of Employment Agreement and the candidates are sent for medical check up to the authorized medical centre simultaneously On receipt of the medical fitness, the visa documents are sent to the client for visa processing. Time is being the essence attestation of documents if required are processed in the meantime.

5. ACTION ON RECEIPT OF VISA.

On receipt of visa the candidates are alerted to be in readiness to move at short notice and the immigration formalities are completed. On confirmation of air ticket the candidates are made to report for departure.

6. DEPARTURE.

The candidates assembled for mobilization are given predeparture orientation by the Recruitment Manager and the candidates are deployed to the Project site keeping the Employer duly informed of the travel details.
